The Fareham and Gosport Green Party is celebrating their best results yet for the Hampshire County Council elections. Overall they fielded eight candidates, their results are as follows.
Rosemary Hobbs (Crofton) - 158 votes
Norman Pasley (Sarisbury) - 325 votes
David Harrison (Town) - 523 votes
Dilys Harrison (Town) - 547 votes
Miles Grindey (Warsash) - 264 votes
Nancy Hurworth (Bridgemary) - 98 votes
Peter Hurworth (Lee) - 152 votes
David Sekules (Leesland and Town) - 444 votes
The candidates would like to thank residents across Fareham and Gosport for voting Green and the party looks forward now to the General Election campaigns.
